"I’m a ‘mature’ triathlete now retired after running my own food business for 30 years. I have always enjoyed sport swimming, water polo, judo, squash and now triathlon. I did numerous triathlons in the early 90’s but time constraints with a growing family eventually put a stop to these. I took up the sport again in 2007 with the intention of trying to qualify for the GB Age Group team. This was successful and I have represented GB every year since then. Since retiring I have become a British Triathlon Level 2 Coach which I am using to give something back to a great sport."
"My biggest sporting achievement was winning the World AG Sprint Triathlon Championships in Beijing in 2011 making the full set with the British and European Championships. Since 2011 I have been on the podium of every British, European and World Sprint Triathlon Championship that I have entered."
"Favourite food is anything Italian."
"Anything rock n’ roll, preferably played loud."
"Win the 2016 World Sprint Triathlon Championship which is due to be held in Cozumel, Mexico."
